The USB ports on the Benq monitor is a USB hub. Connect a USB cable from the USB port on the computer to the input USB port on the Benq. Then you can connect any USB devices to the USB port on the Benq and the computer will see this device.
When you attach your Connect via USB to your computer, verify that the Connect is displayed as a "portable media player" under "My Computer" in Windows Explorer.
If it isn't ... try a different USB port. The Connect requires a high-power USB port, which is typically found on the back panel of your computer.
If this doesn't work, try the Connect on another computer (just verify that it shows up under "My Computer", as I mentioned). If it does, you may have a problem with the installation of WMP on your computer ... try re-installing WMP, and make sure you install the latest version of WMP. If the Connect isn't recognized on the other computer, it's possible that there is a problem with the USB cable - get a replacement.
Some cameras need to be configured to connect to a computer before connecting it to a computer. Please see your manual. If it doesn't need to be configured, try connecting it to another usb port on your computer. You have to make sure that the usb cable your using to connect the camera to the computer is not defective. Try using another cable. Also, try connecting another device to the computer using usb connection to make sure that the usb port is not damaged. If again, nothing happens, then you have to consider that the usb port on your computer is damaged and you need to contact your computer's manufacturer for it.

You were saying that your computer could not detect any USB devices? Or just one USB device? Alright, you need to isolate the problem, follow the steps below:
1. Use at least 3 USB devices and connect them one at a time to the USB ports of your computer. If the first USB device is not detected, mark the USB port on your computer with "X" mark.
2. Now, connect the same USB device to another USB port of the computer. If you get the same problem, use the second USB device and connect it to the computer. If all 3 USB devices are getting the same problem connecting in all the USB ports of the computer (either on the front or on the back of the computer), then you need to update or re-install the USB driver to your computer.
3. Contact the manufacturer if the computer or the board and see if they could provide a USB driver for *********** board. Tell them what operating system (OS) you are currently running.

Connect directly to a USB port on the computer.
While USB hubs allow many devices to connect to a computer they are not always reliable for high-speed connections like digital cameras.
Connect to a port on the back of the computer.
Many computers have extra USB ports on the front or on the keyboard. These are generally built-in hubs which may cause problems as described above.
Connect to an AC adapter or use a freshly charged battery
To prevent problems during transfer be sure that the camera has enough power to complete image transfers.
Remove other devices
To troubleshoot problems, remove any other USB devices and connect just the Nikon product for testing.
