I have a Hunter Ceiling fan/light combo w/ remote; part # 85094-01 that has been working great for about 3 years. I have taken it down 3 times in the 3 years and moved to different locations. No problems at all until my recent move. I installed it just like every other time, but the remote control will not control the ceiling fan or light. I replaced the batteries and still no help. I made sure that the jumpers are the same in the receiver and remote. Please help!?

SOURCE: wiring a ceiling fan with a remote sensor

since you have a remote, you don't need that extra wiring for the light/fan. just wire nut it off.
the switch at wall has 2 switches but only one will work now.

SOURCE: Hunter ceiling fan remote 85095-01 stopped working

if the battery's are good then you broke it and you have to order a new one which you can do by calling the place that you got the fan from tell them what kind of fan you have and let them know that you nead a new remote and they will be able to help you do that.

SOURCE: Hunter ceiling fan remote problem

You will most likely need to replace the receiver with a new one from hunter. The receiver is actually a complete controller and contains the receiver, relays (which you hear clicking) and starting condensors(large capacitors which hold a charge that is "dumped" over the windings to get the motor to start from a dead stop). These appear to be pretty tightly assembled unless you have a desire to start replacing parts "off the board."

Newly installed Hunter remote will work light and fan if only 2 of the 3 bulbs are installed.

Did you install the correct wattage? If you put in 2-60 watt try 3-40 watt instead .

Fan with remote won't work with wall switch. I

I just recently purchased a hunter ceiling fan w/light and remote. Had it installed and wall switch would not work, only remote. I contacted Hunter company directly about this problem and I was told that they redesigned their fans with remotes so that only the remote works for turning off power to fan. The person who made that made that BRILLIANT change should be fired. So to those of you who own a newer hunter an product with a remote ne your wall switch will not work tat s te reason why.

Need instruction page for the Hunter light/fan remote control

There is a battery in the hand held remote and another battery in the receiver which gets tucked into the ceiling mount cover. Remove the ceiling cover and you will see the battery there, usually a 12 volt battery.

The upp/down slide is a dimmer.

In the event that changing the batteries doesn't solve your problems, Hunter makes replacement remote sets, available at Home Depot, lowes, etc and usually around twenty dollars.

Hunter ceiling fan

Have you contacted Hunter? Have you turned off the wireless internet to see if fans work? You may have to try another internet brand or try moving to another part of the house.
