Lenovo ideacentre k200 5312-GQ MODEL NO 57068310 BIOS UPDATE

That begs the question? Why update the BIOS? If you have a problem that the BIOS update will solve, Go to the Lenovo site and follow the instructions VERY CAREFULLY. If no, Do Not alter the BIOS. Altering the BIOS or Registry Editor is like taking a stroll in a minefield, rarely does any good come from it. And reversing a BIOS Flash/update can be a bit tricky, not to mention a real pain. Good Luck

I updated the bios and now it will not boot up

There is NO real reason why you cannot reflash your bios back to the way it was.... You simply need to find out what type your, bios is... and there are many programs that will address your BIOS and re-flash it. This is unless your BIOS is so broken that the machine will NOT even read a DVD memory stick or driver at all. What happens if you try again?
