The Dick Smith F4536 is the Binatone SPEAKEASY 7. Unfortunately Binatone seem to be offline. The nearest manual I can find is for the Speakeasy 5

The problem I had was that the phone was using pulse dialing, not DTMF. I found that holding down the Mute button (when not on a call) switched to Tone (DTMF) dialing
I found a manual for the Binatone SPEAKEASY 5, at https://www.manualslib.com/download/16048/Binatone-Speakeasy-5.html But I couldn't find a manual for the Binatone SPEAKEASY 7 = Dick Smith F4536 (the Binatone website no longer works) But it didn't solve my problem, which was that the phone was using pulse dialing, not DTMF. But on a BT Community page https://community.bt.com/t5/Archive-Staging/Pulse-Tone/td-p/149435 the last answer said to press a button and hold it for a few seconds. By trial and error I found that holding down the Mute button (when not on a call) switched to Tone (DTMF) dialing.

I do not show an instruction manual in my data base fro a Binatone Lyris 710. However, I believe that the free user manual for the Model Speakeasy 6 is virtually the same expect for the arrangement of the top row of buttons.
