I formatted my computer and when I installed a new program win7 I also lost my webcam driver, how is it that I can do to have webcam

Try using it in Compatibility Mode
Right click on the Logitech webcam desktop icon
Select Properties and Compatibility tab
Check the box for CM
Select the OS
Apply OK

To obtain your drivers software for this particular device do the following.

Step 1. Go to the A4Tech website and click on web camera in the Quick Product Locator section.

Step 2. Select ViewCAM A.

Step 3. Click on the PK-7MA image.

Step 4. Click on the Download Driver tab.

Step 5. Click on the Driver for PC button, and this will prompt you to download the driver software in the .rar format.

Step 6. Extract the .rar file onto your desktop.

Step 7. Open the extracted files and double-click on the Setup Program. This program will walk you through installing the driver files and software. Once completed, you will be prompted to restart your computer.

Step 8. After you have restarted your computer and have logged in, plug the webcam into one of your computer's USB ports and the device will be recognized and the drivers will be installed.

I could not get the GS360AA driver to work after many attempts. I finally tried the RZ406AA drivers from HP website (for 2MP webcam also). These worked like a charm. You will find the program to use the webcam in one of the subdirectories of the HP webcam. The program is VIMicrocam.exe
