That would be a faulty magnetron if it dos not heat. It should have 1 year manufacture's warrant and a 30 day store warranty.

hi! first thing first check all the fuses for busted.

Check the wires for the door switches make sure they are not touching. If they are pull them apart and put new ends on or just some electrical tape.

the magnatron is going out (this is what warms up the food!( would be cheaper to replace then to fix!)

The Microwave Magnetron or power circuit break down . You need to replacement the parts .
