I received an Inglesina zippy stroller + bassinet as a baby gift for my newborn. The carriage arrived with the stroller seat attached, and I would like to remove the stroller seat and insert the basinett instead. However, I cannot see how to remove the stroller seat. How is this done??

I'm not sure if you can replace just the handle you may need to replace the frame but i have found contact details for inglesina in italy they cover most of the world by the looks of it they may be able to help

go to the place you bought your stroller from.. they should stock spare parts... mothercare to a large range of prams pushchairs and strollers check there :)

Use 3-IN-1 machine oil -- comes in a squeeze can at hardware sotre.

Apply oil to wheel axles/bushings, etc.

Are you sure you called Inglesina USA. They had sent me replacement parts, i.e. seat cover ripped by the airline company during our travel. The customer service is the best. The number is INGLESINA, USA INC.

Try new baby land put in on google make and model and put spares or replacement parts it will bring up newbady land click on this and it shows a stroller with the part numbers on it you can order on line .
