Display is a blank screen and cant make photos
How do i get a manual for this camera i misplaced mine i want to print one out,,,,help
I can take perfect pictures indisde a building, but taking a picture outside, I can see the item but if I take the picture and looking at the picture the screen turns blank, seems to me that there is to much light exposure.
I'm able to take a picture inside but going outside the photo comes out blank

your camera has defective CCD Imager and needs to be replaced.
Good news is that Sony will replace it without any charges (free of cost)

there is a probably a problem with either the screen or the camera itself...
either case take it to a repair shop!

We've had this camera for a yr. While taking pictures at a family Christmas the camera was working great. Then, right after taking a picture the lcd screen went blank and the camera wouldnt take anymore pictures. We can view pictures already taken but any new ones are all blank.
The camera has not been dropped, exposed to liquids or anything harmful to it.
I cant find anything info to help us solve this problem!!!

My Olympus c5050Z have the same problem. The Display is OverExposed with some smal grey lines. I can't se the pictures and the menu also.
Screen has gone blank. When I turn it on it goes white. Everything else on the camera still functions normally.
