This shows that your computer is overheating and the sensors have told the fans to spin faster. This is most likely because the heat-sinks are full of dust, which restricts airflow.
What you need to do is to clean the computer of all dust on all fans and on the surface of all components. This is done with the aid of a vacuum cleaner. You may need to remove the fan from the heat-sink to clean it properly. Clean the heat-sink of dust, if the dust is down deep use a piece of string to get between the fins.
If you don't feel like doing the job your-self a computer technician will be able to do it for you. I would recommend a complete rebuild, cleaning all components to as new state and then rebuilding the computer system. Do not remove the heat-sink on the CPU unless you are able to reapply a new measure of thermal interface material. A computer needs to be rebuilt at least once a year, this will increase the life span of the components as they will run at a far lower temperature and it will mean that your computer will run quietly. Your computer will also run efficiently.
Take care!
