you have two options...
Depending if the unit is a countertop unit or a above the stove version.
unplug the unit... wait 10 seconds... then plug it back in... if that doesnt clear it, then you will need to be handy and get to the inside and reseat the connections on the touchpad...
GE's us an embedded processor and those numeric pads are a "set" of pads as opposed to the "Pre programmed" smart buttons...
Hopefully it's a intermittent connection...
and you didnt get a "static" hit by inclement weather, or static electricity buildup...
you need to decide if it's worth opening up the unit to look... and allways unplug if you do.
