Bill's issue is that the drivers need to be reinstalled on his computer. sadia's issue could be drivers, paper size settings, media type, memory, mechanical issues, supply issues, application issues, but because of the vagueness of the query it is almost impossible to nail it down. please be more specific. the more detail you can relay, the more help you will receive. First check the cartridge and make sure all of them are working properly, do check the cartridge interface to the printer, even a tiny dust can create this problem. Reinstall the driver. I hope you can install the driver to your system. Check the usb cable, if possible, try with another cable. Reset the printer settings to factory default. Good luck

The wireless switch is located just behind and to the left of the wireless LED. The wireless LED is located on the left of the bottom half of your laptop looking from the front between the battery, power and harddrive LED's and the audio jack sockets.
I have a brand new HP pavilion, but it wont print from my HP deskjet. If i am lucky i get the first p[age and a couple of lines on page 2. My new laptop (ACER) is quite happy to print using the same cable. printer etc. Conclusion...HP pav is defective. Am I wrong?
