PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

But:
Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office
and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

There is no particular Brand whether your phone is Iphone4 or ordinary phone because asking PUK is due to the repeated entering of Sim pin.PUK means Personal Unlocking Code this particular Key is maintain by the service provider to protect the misuses of the sim card subscribers.So, to get this we need to contact the particular service provider/ call customer care.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

The PUK-code is only needed if you don't remember your PIN-code or for some other reason have tried to enter it three times. If you haven't done that, you don't need to enter your PUK-code anywhere.
But if you have, you shall enter your PUK code when the numberpad comes up when starting the phone. On the same place where you would have entered your PIN code.

The puk code is provided by the service provider. It comes with your sim card. So all you have to do is just call the customer care center of your service provider and ask for the puk code of your number. They should be able to provide you with it. Good Luck
