Question about Acer X183H 18" Monitor
You want to make sure that the VGA connector is fully secure. Also the VGA connector is hooked in and screwed in the back of the computer If it has a loose connection, remove the connector and check if has all pins in it. If one of the pins is loose then its time to replace the VGA cord. If this doesn't work it might be the LCD screen messing up internally.
