Hi, At christmas I purchased a second hand 30GB Zen Vision M and have not had the chance to use it up until now. At christmas I used it a few times to see what and how it did it and every thing worked fine. I'm now finding that the player will not turn on when required. after lots of trying it will eventually turn on and then switch off again. After pleanty more trying it will turn on and start to play. I don't think it's the battery. Is there any way of completely resetting the unit (music files and all) and will this help? Any help or info would be greatly apperciated as I'm currently down on my luck and can't afford to just replace it:(

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
