Unfortunately Kenwood codes are only available from the Main Dealer or
by using a Radio Decoding Service who will connect a laptop to read the
working code inside your radio`s memory chip (EEPROM)
I have the answer for this problem...finally! This is by far the dumbest instruction manual ever. Here goes: while in standby mode, push and hold down the menu button until the display changes. Once the menu is up, toggle thur (using the am/fm toggle) until you come to AUX OFF, now toggle it to AUX ON. Exit the menu. Plug in your ipod and push the SRC button until AUX is displayed and enjoy.

here is some thing that will help u out.
AUX Input: The KDC-MP2035 is equipped with a front panel 3.5mm minijack auxiliary input for connecting external portable audio devices such as an MP3 player or Tape walkman. The receiver allows you to select between the following AUX settings.
Off: the source button does not scroll through the AUX input when function is turned "off"
Aux 1: turns on the AUX input for use
Aux 2: turns on the AUX input in the attenuator mode - press the attenuator button to activate sound. pleas let me no if i can help any more and dont be afraidto rate me i dont bite lol just kidding
I enabled the AUX as a source by pressing and holding the menu button (located to the left of the volume knob) then pressing the control knob up till I found the AUX options and put it on AUX2 so I wouldn't hear the audio feedback.
Make sure the power is off before setting the clock (hold down the "FUNC" button until nothing shows but the time). Then Hold down one of the buttons on the right side for like 3 seconds until the time starts blinking. I can't remember which button it is as I don't have the unit in front of me right now. Use the track buttons to adjust the time. Hope this helps!
