Help with Calibrating Electric Oven Temps with digital controls?

The thermostat is mechanical using pressure from a waxstat style sender and is not adjustable.
I expect you are measuring with your probe in a different place to the sender unit; hence the differences.

I have American Range Fryer, pilot lites, than once I put it in the ON position it immediately lights it self without putting it on a set temp. When it reaches temp it should shut off n pilot still stays...

Yes, that is the way it should operate. It sounds as though the thermostat has failed. If gas it coming out of places where it shouldn't, you need it professionally servicing and the gas flow adjusting.

Shark iron g1462

the lights you witness are correct. once the iron has reached tempreture.

ensure the iron is stored in an upright position between ironing items if left laying down the iron may switch off as an anti-burn or fire safety feature as if left unattended. with the iron placed on its back plate with its point facing upwards the iron should stay on.

I hope this was useful.

There seems to be a problem with your thermostat or temp cutout switch if the machine is getting exceptionally hot. This could explain the green light not coming on.

Gas Armstrong Ultra V Tech 91-Is green light supposed to flash?

Installed a new filter and furnace is running great now. The old filter was not that old, but we have been doing some remodeling and I figure that is what clogged it so fast.

Green and red light are on my pyramid amp and its not working

It could be even simpler than that, yes an improper impedance rating on an amp will cause it to overheat, but should function temporarily until it reaches peak temp. If the outputs were blown the protect light should not light up being that they would need to work to cause the protect light to come on. I would double check all of your connections, one small little crossed wire would cause an amp to immediately go into a protect mode.
