Unfortunately you won't find a specific Windows 7 driver for it and never will. The model has been discontinued and the manufacturer offers no further support for it so they won't be releasing any Windows 7 drivers.
Windows 7 does have a feature called Compatibility Mode though. It causes Windows 7 to appear as if it is an earlier edition of Windows to software which is otherwise incompatible. Click on the link to learn more. If this does not work then you either need to use a pc with an earlier Windows version or must consider selling your binoculars and upgrading to a Win7 compatible model.
