My new samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 will not connect to my computer so i cant Put anything on the phone or taking anything off.

You need the proper drivers to enable your phone on your computer -

If this still doesn't work, Check your cable, as it's probably faulty.
On some phones there is an option for "USB mode" or "Sync with PC" - check that as well.
