I had n 72 in last nov. yesterday i downloded some antivirus software called pandaantivirus.on memory card but i got hanged up while installing hence i rebooted my phone,now onwards my n72 gets hangs.desktop appears on the screen and it goes white blurr.. today i formatted mem.card by putting it on pc. still problem persists.. i have to switch it off by removing battery since no buttons are working...
kindly help me out.

1st try and update the software of your mobile from a nearest service center.If it doesn't work then check the size of the memory card installed in it.Most handset have their compatibility with the size of external memory u may input,but when it exceeds it starts hanging.Normally N72 has 2GB of external expandable memory.Please check this solution.

clear ur sms inbox nd save all ur data in ur memory card nd if it doesnt solve then u have to upload nokia n72 software for hanging problem and simply change ur battery for battrey problem nd if doesnt help then its a hardware fault...thanx
i think that there is a problem with your phones's firmware!! it hangs repeatedly !!!you must upgrade it!! go to nokia care and they will do it for you for rs 200!!!
First removre ur memory card, After that switch off ur phone. And while swithing on the mobile hold *,3,answer key. Ur phone will format.
