C2000 printer problem

Because the Epson AcuLaser Color 2000 was made for Latin America, there's not much information that I can give you concerning your Service Error Condition. All I can tell you is that the Service Request error # E033 is an Engine Related Service Call Error Message for OHP Detection Sensor Malfunction [abnormal condition]. Check to see if the windows on the OHP sensor are dirty and clean OHP sensor window and the OHP sensor reflective window. I'm sorry, but I can't even tell you where the OHP sensor is located, or anything else about it. If you cannot figure it out using your Owners Manual/Users Manual, you can always e-mail Epson Technical Support for possible help or advice, at epson.com

Open ADF chamber and check the micro switch sensor. Goodluck

It is a catridge problem.So pls check it with another catridge.

Check the RAM chip in Slot 1. This is a memory error message.

E022 is a transfer belt rotation error, if it is happening every now and again it is a sure sign that it is on the way out. Try cleaning the belt & sensor, it may just be waste toner blocking the infra red sensor or preventing it from reflecting from the silver timing mark on the belt.

RAM Error. Replace it.

Service Request/Error Code E022 is a malfunction of the transfer belt in its rotation. You can open the front cover and visually check. Pls try to remove the belt. There would be a small silver square on the edge, you can try cleaning this. If the cleaning works, well and good, if not, said belt must be replaced. Worst case scenario is a failed PWB-A Assembly (rarely).

The E020 error refers to a 2nd BTR transfer roller control gap malfunction.
You can try opening door AB and then reseat the roller (with the green levers) located in the door that comes down. Failing this you will need
an engineer to resolve the issue

Press and hold the four directional buttons as you turn on the power. Keep them held until the panel shows MAINTENANCE MODE. From here you will see the menu entry to reset the fuser counter
