well you have the right code, but you have to get the volume options so you can control it. Hold down at&t and the ok button, then let them go. put in code 955 then press enter(bottom right) now you should be able to select whatever device and control that volume source

I use my Directv remote to change the channel. What you have to do is go the your direct tv remote go to setup then go to remote then look for tv brand Citizen then follow the direction the menu tells you to do. It works fine. You can use Tv Brand Citizen, Concerto, Luxman They work with any u-verse remote 4 digit code 0056 5 digit code 10056

Programming u-verse remote for LG4270 (LCD 42inch) worked fine with code 1346.
This is a "Plasma" code according to U-Verse technical support, but was suggested with perfect result.
