Hi Cheryl!!!

I think i may have a solution for u. It sounds like a Phonelock code...all Cellphones have one. Its in the software for the phones. Its a little like a SIM code. U could try with entering the code 0000. That could work!!

this is for danzljams..... I have P1i configured with T-Mobile in the USA.... They have details of this phone in their database.... if you call T-mobile they will text you the settings for MMS, WAP, T-zones, etc, etc... when you open the text the phone will install the settings automatically and you will be up and running.

The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )

if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using in your phone and not the phone itself

kindly call the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So

please be careful while entering the PUK code

PUK code and PIN Code:

Please dont try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will get locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he will provide you the PUK and PIN code.This is done for free of cost.

Hi, If you get error message as PIN blocked. Unlock?" You have entered the wrong PIN code too many times. You need to unlock your phone using the PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) code. Your PUK code is provided by your network operator. If you get error message as Insert correct SIM" You have inserted a SIM card that is not supported. Insert correct SIM card, or contact your Service Provider for a SIM unlock code. If you get error message as Phone locked" or "Enter PIN" Your phone is locked and you need to unlock it with your personal PIN. HI,

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database
for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.
