Hi it's ok if you don't know.
Fixya technicians will try their best to make sure that you get the best solution to solve your problems.
First of all you need to let your computer recognize your mp3.
Then you will have to download the music from itunes or lime wire these programs has to be downloaded from www.itunes.com
www.limewire.com
then one of these programs will let you transfer the music to the mp3.
Hope this helped you.

I have a SanDisk Sansa how do I download the music from my Imac to the Sansa, I've connected it to the Imac but I don't see how to downlaod the music

Is the SanDisk showing as a drive on the Imac? You should be able to drag files from the Music folder to the Sansa player to copy them. (You can't connect to ITunes and download directly to the player.)

I hope this helps.

I did not have driver cd..how to install without it

You should have PC with windows XP and windows media player 9 or later.
In this case you don't need any driver.
1. Use the USB connector cable provided with your player to connect the USB port on your player to an open USB port on your computer. The player will appear as a removable drive in Windows File Explorer.
2. Drag and drop music files to the player from any location on your hard-drive or use a variety of music software to move music to your Sansa. For more information on how to use specific software, please refer to the help files provided with each program.

NOTE: Because your Sansa Player automatically organizes your music by artist, album, song title, genre, and year, you only need to copy your music to the player. Your Sansa will automatically create a music library which you can later sort with easy-to-use menus.

Good luck!
Thanks.

The computer recognize my sansa clip+ device, i add my music directly to the sansa music folder, following the guide instructions and after all i can't find my music on my device after disconnetcting it...

Greetings Greif - Is it possible that your music files are missing the necessary file extensions at the end of the file names, for example song1.mp3 or song2.wma, as needed by the player?

It's also possible that the file system on the Sansa is damaged and might need to be reformatted (after you've moved the important files back to the computer).

Regards and Thanks for using Fix Ya.

How do i download music to my San Disk Sansa clip MP3 player?

You shold be able to sync the Sansa to your media player on your computer by just connecting the supplie dthe cable to the USB port and open windows media player. If you are just trying to dump songs on to it then all you need do is connect the sansa and go to my computer find the new device, open the device and copy your music from the folder you hvae it in and drop it directly to it. The Sansa is not like the I Pods that use software to sync music. Basically it is like a flash drive (thumb Drive) or a hard drive.
