You can configure your printer with the printer manager wireless settings.In the printer screen you can find "Network" and from there set to connect to your router. Read some tips here.
Try to connect it in bluetooth connection. (Wireless connection.). Or try to connect your phone in USB connection. (Wired connection)
For wireless connection:
-open your first your bluetooth connection. (phone and laptop)
-send the the files/photos via bluetooth connection.
-accept the files from your laptop.
For wired connection:
-connect your usb to your phone
-set your phone connection to mass storage

You have to manually connect to your University's wireless connection. Double 9maybe single) click the wireless icon bottom right screen and then untick the box for connect automatically under your home connection. Then double click on the wireless connection that you would like to connect to from the list of available wireless networks.

automatically dialed when another computer on your network attempts to connect
to the Internet. To do this, click to select the Establish
a dial-up connection whenever a computer on my network attempts to access the
Internet check box.

If you want to allow other network users to enable or disable the
shared Internet connection, click to select the Allow other
network users to control or disable the shared Internet connection
check box.

Under Internet Connection Sharing, in Home networking connection, click the LAN (Local Area
Network) connection that connects the computer that is sharing its PPPoE
Internet connection to the other computers on your network.
