My samsung jet was working perfectly today but suddenly became unresponsive. I can now get it to do some things but it keeps going to the camera and taking photos and will not let me do anything else. I can use the end call button to go back to the main screen but it goes straight back to the camera. The camera button isnt stuck and nothing is stuck around it. PLEASE HELP

It really does sound as though the screen has failed.

If the phone is still under warranty I'd suggest you make a claim.

It could be a problem with the cable.
Are you using the same cable you have all along?
One of my players works perfectly well on one cable, bit not on another, although that cable works perfectly on another player.
Also, the cable may be faulty, and not making a data connection, though still charging.
Try a new cable.

For the N73, download a version from http://video.octro.com/download_symbian.php

The 2.0 signed version is not for pre-fp1 phone - VoIP doesn't work in that version.

You need to look and see if the ribbon cable may have come off the connector.

There's a sort of shortage coming from the camera switch. camera button or switch maybe stuck or damage.

i may advice to bring it to a mobile service shop near your and ask assistance.
