Hello, here I have the Sony Ericsson W710i with battery BST-37 (original one). When trying to charge it a note appears: "Error while charging. Disconnect the phone." (this is a translation). Hi the problem might be in the charger pin or in the mobile charger pin if u have problem in any of the charger pin or in the mobile pin which is used for charging the mobile.
