i would like to download my pictures from my samsung e900 too my laptop how do i do this and what do i need.

there should be a website to go to to install the driver for your lap top to recognize the usb. for that particular phone, go there and download it and then your laptop should recognize it.

the e900 does not use use active sync that software is for pocket pc/pda ect
you need to download phone manager software for the e900 from the samsung site.
