Double-click "HP Webcam" from the "Source" list. The webcam application will open.

Double-click the webcam screen
and it will open to full page view. Press the "Esc" key on the keyboard
to restore the webcam screen to smaller view. Click the "Record" button
at the bottom of the screen to record video using your webcam.

Click the camera icon at the bottom of the screen to take a snapshot. Find your pictures in a folder named "My Snapshots."

are you sure that the drivers are installed? if you dont know for sure, you should visit the site of the manufacturer and look for driver for your webcam.
If the drivers are installed, maybe there is a button for the webcam on your laptop? maybe a function button with the f1 t/m f12 buttons? If there is one, try to press that button

1. Go to: http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/downloads.asp 2. Underthe"Downloads" section, you will find 2 fields. Use them to select your web cam's model. 3. Click the "GO" button. 4.Inthe next page: in the orange side-bar to the left you will find your webcam model & 2 buttons. Click the button labelled "Driver For PC".This will start the download of the installer for your web cam.
select your product in the search box by name as webcams and select uour model and press the ->arrow button.
Now click on the download button to download the setup of ur webcam.

Go to windows main page and click the icon that has your webcam software as this will take you to the webcam function of your computer.
Once inside your webcam software start by adjusting the webcam options such as frames, filters and distortions to your desired specifications.
Next you should hit the capture button and it will begin recording, to stop the recording just click on the stop button which will be the same button as the capture once was.
