Hi, Have you tried double clicking the title bar at the top of the window. Pressing the F11 key to turn off full screen mode Closing the window by double clicking the top left corner or by pressing the Alt F4 keys.
Have you tried double clicking on the bar right at the top of the screen next to the minimize, maximise, close buttons? By double clicking in this area it'll change the size/shape of the browser screen, you can then reposition the window to the top left of your screen and then click and drag the bottom right hand side of his window once the cursor turns into a double headed arrow.
You have a stuck keypad or a bad electronic oven control. Try pressing all buttons at random several times each to unstick a faulty pad. If that does not work the EOC must be replaced.
