Change ur handset PATTA first and see,if it is not work then change the camera and flash it by latest software like HWK,JAF or UFS etc. If u are not a technician then its better to go at ur nearest MOTOROLA service center.If u are saticfied with my information then vote me for more solution.Thank you for visit.

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
That means your buzzer speaker is bad. You will have to get that replaced. When the camera says it's busy you will have to get the camera replaced. It may also be a loose connection internally. I have repaired quite a few with this issue.

It is possible that the flex connection in the phone has become loose. (seems to be a common problem with the v3's) Or worse, your camera module has gone bad. Is the unit still under warranty? Send the unit in for repair, and they should be able to resolve it quite quickly.
1) Open the back of your Razr by removing the back cover 2) You do not need to remove the battery 3) You'll notice a little gold switch below the battery on the right-hand side 4) The gold switch should be in the left position 5) Move the gold switch from the left to the right and back again to the left 6) Replace the back cover, and try your camera now.
I don't know why this worked for me, but I 18 photo remaining again.
have the phone's firmware flash and updated and this will correct the issue, this can be done by taking it to a mobile service center or professional technician close to you.
