My Samsung SENS R540 comes witha built in Cyberlink YouCam. When I try to connect it to Skype, I get the following messge "Can't start video. Try closing other programs that might be using your video camera." No other programs are using the program...Why is this happening?

This a a problem with the software. Uninstall and reinstall the Cyberlink software and you will be good to go. Also make sure that before reinstalling the software you disable your antivirus and firewall program.

I have just bought the same Laptop, when windows Vista is started the webcam doesn't work. By pressing the keys FN + F9 the webcam will be activated (you have to do this every time you start your laptop)

You will find U cam under SP38761 on the hp website - download it and save it to a folder in your my doc's. Then you've got it OK

There is your cyberlink you cam installation folder just find exe of it and send shortcut of it to desktop.

the application might still be open in the task tray? you might try closing the program if its open
