I have a westinghouse ltv-27w2 and after about 15 to 20 minutes it shuts off .i turn it off for about an half hour it comes back on and play for about 15 to 20 minutes again.what is the problem and is it worth fixing?

Hi my first guess is the power supply. You can inpect it for bulged capacitors that might be obvious. My second thought is the signal board but I leaning more towards the power supply. If you want to buy parts you can find them at www.interliquidparts.com in order to get parts you have to get the part numbers from the actual part on your TV. If you open it up it has a part number stamped to it. Be carefull opening up the TV it has high voltage. leave it unplugged for a couple of hours before opening it up.
