Set should have 2 cable connecters; IF IT DOES NOT CONNECT VIA CABLE BOX/SAT BOX ETC TO ONE OF THE SETS OF AUDIO/VIDEO JACKS ON BACK OF SET AND USE IT THAT WAY----the AV jacks bypass the cable fitting.

Tuner could be removed and coax fitting replaced but just go around the problem.

If you do not understand, comment here and I will explain.

What board do I need to replace to fix my plasma TV that does not turn on?

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

How do you hook up regular coax cable to the TV?

You simply need an "F" connector to "Belling-Lee" converter. about $4.00. At any Radio Shack, Antenna shop. This screw onto the end of the existing antenna connection & makes it so you can plug it into the Socket at back of set.
I have included a link that has a picture.

The signal connector came out back of T.V. Where abouts on back do I put it back in?

hope you mean the cable is disconnected, and not the outside threaded male connector that came as part of the t-v! if that's broken off, could be complicated to replace. if it's the cable (female, inside threaded- electronics can be a bit sexist at times!) then look at the back for 'cable or antenna in' carefully re-attach the female to the male connector. it can become frustrating to get them aligned properly. make sure the copper wire in the center of the female connector is straight!! so it fits properly!
be patient! if it's a 'push on', makes it easier, but not as secure. if it seems loose, a gentle 'squeeze' with pliers can tighten it up, very gentle!!
good luck!
