E-mail unlock I can send e-mails but can't recieve them A big padlock keeps coming up and I don't know how to get it unlocked

What email Application are you using? Outlook? Do you have a router or just connecting directly to the modem?

I cannot recieve emails


Get the information of port numbers of (pop3, imap, http, smtp) form one of the active machine that you have. I don't know which mail client you are using. But you should get it form accounts and settings. Port numbers should be the same for each machine for the same mail server. You have to check incoming and outgoing mail server address.

If everything is correct compare to other active machine, please check firewall and antivirus settings. newly installed firewall or antivirus also blocks sometimes.
If you have sill problems, send your problems details, like which operating system you are using, which mail client you have and information of ports number for mail server, mail server address. With which antivirus you have installed and the time you are facing problems.

Note: do not post username or password of your account.

My Luxpro psp511 ca is locked and I don't know how


TO LOCK THE KEYPAD: Start with the System Mode switch in either the

thermostat now unlocked. If the padlock is still on the screen, please try

I keep showing a padlock when i try to adjust my E172FPt monitor brightness


Press and hold the menu button for 15 seconds or until the locked padlock icon changes to an unlock padlock. When it becomes unlocked, you can adjust your monitor. Hope this helps you.

I cannot send email to using yahoo account


You must allow your router access to send out mail. other wise it will keep the messages you send in the outbox. go to your router setup or type your router ip address in the internet browser and manually enable the port 465 you may have to goto applications and games tab if you have a linksys router. Also enable ports 80 for internet,25 for simplemail transport protocol (SMTP),110(e-mail),443secure (bank account information) this will allow the router the proper ablity to send and recieve e-mails.

Hi there

E-mail addresses with "noreply" in them will not receive your messages. They auto-reject incoming mail. Please find the correct address for the recipient.

My blackberry can send messages but i can't recieve them


If the customer is not getting the EDGE/GPRS in small case then search the network manually in the handset and then do a hard reboot.
If the customer able to send mails then tries to re-integrate the accounts and then send the service book to the customer. Once customer receives the service book then request to do a hard reboot.

If the customer is not able to send the mails then it will come back to him with a cross mark. Open that cross mark mails and you will get the error at the top of the mails. Read out the error and depending upon it does the troubleshooting

If the customer is using OWA account then we need to check the mail delivery location. If the mail delivery is in mailbox then we need to re-integrate the account and if the mail delivery is in the pst then change it to mailbox. Also check the total count of mails in the inbox should be less than 900.

If the above step don’t work then poll the account from the admin site and then send service book.

Finally if none of the steps works then raise ticket for BIS.

You are with lrger e-mails in your server, blocking the download of all e-mails by Outlook. Every time you try to receive all again, the same comes, even if you have deleted them, you just do this in your computer!
The solution is enter in yours e-mail server by the webmail, delete all the big e-mails that there are there, then go out, and try to receive the ones that are still there, by outlook.
