I replaced my bulb 2 weeks ago, now my tv kdf50e2000 wont turn on, i got a constNt red blinking light

Your TV is giving you a code, something is faulty in the system, usually 2 blinks of the red light indicates, Load on power line is shorted. I also would check the bulb also to make sure it doesn't need replacing.

The set should if shuts down have the power light blink a specific code or number of blinks-----3 blinks?

The Standby/Power light of the TV blinks when there is any internal malfunction in the TV.
The self-diagnostic function of the projection TV will cause the STANDBY light to blink or flash when the television detects an issue. The number of times the STANDBY light flashes corresponds to a specific issue. As per the two examples below, some of the issues may be resolved without the need for service.
If the STANDBY light flashes three times in sequence, the lamp cover is not securely attached. Reattach the lamp cover to resolve this issue.
If the STANDBY light flashes four times in sequence, the TV may be overheating. To resolve this issue, ensure that the back of the TV is well ventilated.

If the flash sequence is not listed above or the light continues to flash, follow the steps below to perform a power reset:
Try the following steps to check if the issue can be resolved.
Turn off the television.
Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.
Let the television remain without power for 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.

If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.

If the issue continues to occur, service may be required.

Your lamp door switch or lamp switch (there are 2) may not be fully engaged or one may have failed. Try seating the lamp again, you may not have it fully installed.

you need to reset the lamp timer

Check the fan that cools the bulb. It is directly behing the bulb. It should turn on when the power comes on. It apparently has a safety to protect your tv(and home). mine is in the process of going out. looking for online solutions as we speak.

Is it Mitsubishi WD-52628 TV? please confirm model number.
Unplug TV from AC outlet for couple of minutes, replug back in, turn power ON and check, still same problem?
Lets read error code in TV, press Device and Menu buttons on front of TV at same time for 6 seconds that will activate error code read process. Led will flash in 2 sequence with half second pause. count it and let me know the error code to proceed.

red light keeps blinking on and off but the tv isnt turning on

That's error code 32. Indicates lamp trouble or failure. The system will shut down automatically.
