go to your local retail store and find a baby walker just like the one that you have and explain your situation and ask for a copy of the manual. in the manuel, find and warrenty with the company and reapair/parts number and they will help you
I would try contacting Chicco directly, or a local stockist of Chicco products. They should be able to get one shipped to you. I wouldn't have any idea of how much this would cost though!
I have the same problem and contacted Chicco UK directly. Provided that you live in the UK contact the company Storktalk on 01159306700 and the will send you a pair of replacement wheels for £5 including delivery. Hope that helps P
Possibly the worst instructions I have ever seen! However, I got it in the end. Reference the manual and follow these instructions. The padded seat folds over the the rigid backrest (c) (don't do this yet!). Start by dropping the front 2 rings through the slots, then, put your finger through the ring underneath the walker and pull (quite hard) until it comes right through and folds over so it can't pull back out. The seam of the padded seat fits into the groove where the ring slots are. repeat this for the next 2 and it should work itself out from there. Hope that helps!
