I can't remember my password and i don't know how to use it

LOL, ok why don't you know the password? If you're smart enough to set the password, surely you're smart enough to remember it.

Unfortunately, microsoft made the password security so much tighter in windows 7. Everyone that has windows 7 and put a password on their userid should take the time to create a Password Reset Disk. Otherwise you've got to spend some money to get into it. There are lots of claims that this or that software will unlock it, but some may just be scams for money. The surest way is to reinstall your operating system.

if you remember the password and it doesnt work connect an external key board and check it with external keyboard if you dont know the password ask again

G to the place where you set the password....you do not need a password when you are at the location where it was set...then you can turn password off...

You can try calling Toshiba's laptop support line but they will require proof of ownership. If they can't get it removed then your only option is to get a new hard drive. Reason is because when a hard drive password is put on a hard drive its programmed into the circuitry in the hard drive so if you don't remember the password then you can't get past that screen.
