To do the basic rectangular button hole, make sure that you have plenty of thread in your bobbin. Put on the button hole foot. Mark your fabric before starting for the button hole locations. Testing the button hole on an extra piece of your fabric is useful for checking the tension balance. Next place your fabric under the presser foot and center the right side of the button hole position with the red alignment marks on the foot. Set the stitch to button hole stitch 1. Turn the hand wheel to bring the needle into the fabric at the point in the center of the needle opening of the presser foot. Stitch to the end of the planned button hole. Use the hand wheel to bring the needle out of the fabric and turn the stitch selector to the button hole stitch 2. Make at least 4 stitches and stop with the needle to the left side of the bottom of the button hole. Raise the needle and set the stitch selector to button hole stitch 3. Stitch back to the top of the button hole. Raise the needle and set the stitch selector to button hole stitch 4. Stitch at least 4 stitches. Raise the needle and the presser foot and remove the fabric. You can move to the next button hole or carefully cut the button hole opening.

No there isn't, there are many different hole punchers that make holes at different spaces apart and different countries use different hole spacings.

If you need a new hole, seal the original hole and drill your new hole close to it. Make sure your hole is drilled into the reservoir where the mist will still escape. In some humidifiers there is no room to drill any new holes so you will need to be creative with your piping.

The 4 holes are color coded. Red wire in first hole. White wires in either hole 2 or 3 and Grey wire in hole #4. I am counting holes left to right.

On all the composite lav. or kitchen counter top materials that I'm aware of you can drill holes as needed using hi-speed bi-metal hole saws.My advice is to just go slow to make sure you start straight and be extra careful when the hole saw is finishing hole to avoid rough edges. I'd bet the holes are the same size as the holes in the dryer tumbler. the only thing I can think of is that your dryer isn't tumbling and the heat that is pushed through the holes is burning your clothes.

the holes that you seem to be describing are for the egr.

Determine if you'd rather have a fiberglass handle or a wooden one. Fiberglass is lighter and more resistent to sun damage than wooden handles. Select a post hole digger based on your preferences, the job required and who'll be using the tool. Plan to spend more on a post hole digger that's made from steel or for heavy duty use.
