I have a naxa 7inch car stereo flip out I paid 580 dollars for radio and instillation after 3 months it stopped playing cd it barely reads dvds 1 out 10 and only had it for a year and two months the only plays flash drives when I turn the volume up from radio power cuts off was purchased in kansas city missouri at mobile audio on blue ridge I feel ripped off can someone help please still have box and warranty

How old is the set? As the player's laser ages it becomes harder for it to read discs. Audio CD's don't have as much data and are formatted differently from DVD's so they are easier to read. This is one possible cause. Hope this helps!

You probably have the setting on INT (Intro), that means the songs will only play for 10 secs (a sample) and continue throughout the whole list until the user stops it by pressing the INT button. If it still is acting funny, feel free to email more details.

I had the same issue. I bought my 671 mp3 car stereo from jujudeals.com and I was having the same problem. I called them up and they said that I have to go to clock mode. When in 'Clock Mode' you have to press and hold Select (SEL) and at the same time press FF/REV to adjust time. (Fast Forward adjusts hour, Rewind adjusts minute). If your still having problems contact the Naxa Electronics warranty department. Goodluck!

Return to place of purchase, sounds like the motor just dosent work. Its unfoutunate because their warranty dosent cover your time and effort
