That sounds like a Pincushion problem if you having bowing. It's probably bad caps and diodes on the deflection module. This is not an easy fix. If you know how to read a diode and you visually inspected the caps you might have some chance of fixing it yourself.

Fuse 47 a 15amp fuse is for the cigarette lighter..it's located behind the glove box which you can drop down for easy access. The "glove box" is the little box that opens on the left side, under the instrument gauges near the left door.......Not the big glove box on the right hand side.
Adjust Screen Volts (G2) of all 3 picture tubes and screen volt control knobs are on focus block located under speaker grills at front of TV. Remove speaker front grille of TV, look for focus block that has 6 control knobs, 3 knobs are for focus and 3 for screen volts, increase volts by turning little bit control knobs of screen volts and this will solve your problem.
Probably the color convergence is off. I had a similar problem. Have you tried the magic focus button yet? That is located at left in the small front control panel. Power on TV, wait 20 min (according to user guide), then press the magic focus. If that doesn't fix the problem, you could try the service mode alignment procedure. But that's a little trickier. I don't have a link handy for that procedure right now, but will look for it if magic focus doesn't re-align your color convergence.
Check for multiple poor solder connection on the sweep/power supply board.
or. just need to balance the three colors red, green and blue that may help. remove the front covers and look for black module that have screw and focus controls just move little bit left or rightbe carefull because you can loose the picture.
