Was playing a game when it froze. try to exit out of the game and it wont do anything. so i set it down and waited a hour. that's when i noticed it shut down all the way and it wont come back on

First see if its charged or not 2 you should format the tab my watching the video on youtube "how to format Samsung Galaxy Tab 2" and make sure to remove the memory card so it won't be formated

Samsumg galaxy tab 3 shuts off every 30 minutes

Check the power settings to see if that is the cause of it shutting down. Streaming music does not produce the keep alive activity that is required, so it thinks that it isn't being used and turns off.

My samsung galaxy tab 2 is stuck mid-game , frozen , emitting shrill repetitive sound and I cannot exit, nor swtich off the tablet. please help

I just had that problem. Hold the power button down for at least 10 seconds or until it powers down. Froze mid game and emitted a shrill sound also. Hope this helps.

Here is how you fix this problem: Hold both the power button AND the volume UP button down at the same time for about 5-10 seconds it should restart. You don't lose any info doing this.

Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 wgxa model GT-P5113 is frozen

Hold the power button down for up to 15 seconds. This should hard reset it. Not to be confused with erasing data.

Galaxy tab won't charge or turn on

Hold the up and down button and Power on for10 seconds and that should cause the Galaxy 3 to reset. Work for me.

SIMPLE SOLUTION: Hold the power button down for more than ten (10) seconds. WORKED!!!!

Hi,

This issue may occur due to multiple application is active on the device, if this happens just simply removed the battery of your phone and it will force to shut down the phone , then just insert the battery again then turn it on again. This will help , it happens to me once.
