Without the exact model it is difficult to find the manual.

Here the manual for 900 series/996:Uniden EZI996.

I also quote from manual:

Selecting the Ringer Tone and Volume

Base ringer on/off
The ringer switch allows you to set the base ringer on or
off. If you set the switch to off, you never hear the base
ringer tone.

Base ringer tone
Press the ringer tone button in standby mode to select one of 7 ringer tones.

Base ringer volume
Slide the ringer volume adjuster to set the base ringer volume.

Handset ringer tone and volume
Press the volume up key or volume down key (labeled as the volume/ /+ or volume/ /- key) in standby mode to select one of five ringer tones and volume combinations

I need aanual for my Uniden phones. Dect 6.0

Which specific Uniden phone do you have? Please add your model in a comment and I'll try to locate the specific one you need.

Many Uniden manuals are available here: http://www.uniden.com/scat/cordlessphones_mnl . Other Uniden phone manuals are available from the product page. Search for your model from http://www.uniden.com/telephones/cordless-phones/icat/cordless_b2c/ . Ignore the number after the dash - that indicates the number of handsets that came with the phone. You may find the right manual but for a different number of hansets. The manuals will be the same.

I hope this helps.

How do you register a DECT 6.0 UNIDEN PHONE, LOST MANUAL?

You didn't give your phone's model number, so I can't give detailed steps. ("DECT 6.0" is a generic term for the cordless technology used, and appears on almost every cordless phone that uses it. The actual model number is on a label on the rear or bottom of the base unit.) Usually, registering a handset is just a matter of placing the handset on the base, but sometimes you need to enter a registration mode first. You can download manuals from Uniden here. Pick your model from the list, and the manual will guide you through the process.
