I had this problem. Only solution is a full Hard Reset which is a combination of Power Switch Photo Switch and Reset Switch. BUT you will loose everything on the PDA.

the FSC password is there for Protection against theft - permanent passwords for protecting against misuse.

the original owner has set the password as permanent and a hard reset will not remove the password, you need to send the unit together with proof of purchase to fujitsu for password removal.

since you are 2nd or 3rd owner of this unit, and you have no proof of purchase fujitsu will most likely consider the unit stolen and will not unlock your code.

So at this point you have a nice paper weight there.

This password can not be removed.
