This could be a linkage problem from your shifter down, or if this happened after you changed oil and filter something was disturbed during that time within the transmission. If these suggestions are not helpful you may have an internal malfunction within your transmissions valve body, or something in gear system that broke. Either way an internal inspection is warranted. there is a vacuum modulator on the back (pass side ) of the trans.it will have a small port in the center,(facing rear of car) hook up manifold vacuum to it and it should work.

If there is a security light flashing on the dash or in the cluster when you try to start it, then it has a PATS key system. You will need 2 cut pats keys and either a dealer or a lock smith to erase the old keys and program the new ones. After you have 2 working keys you can add more by just inserting and turning on the 2 good keys then the new key. Probably looking at 100-150 bucks to get it going again.

If I were you, I would have the timing checked. If that is OK, then I would look very closely at the ignition coil, which is located under the distributor. If it is cracked or displays any burn marks, the coil is your issue. Both are common problems on the 91s, I would check the coil appearance first.

I had a similiar problem with mine. Come to find out, I have a lint trap in the water line and when this filter becomes clogged it won't let water in or out. You might want to look at this area.

Reset the router as factory setting and check it,

making factory reset is press the reset button continous for 30 -60 sec.

Press and hold down Shift key, when you hear the beep, until system boots.
If you dont time it right you will get a keyboard error, dont worry, just press F1 key and immediately hold your Shift key again.
Your system should boot into basic mode, then you need to check your system for virus or last software that may have been installed.
