According to the manufacturer this product is not compatible with Windows Vista. There are no drivers available for this reason. Sorry.

On the Vista side I know for a fact that you are out of luck. There are no drivers for Vista. However, and I'm not sure, I think the mac drivers provided on http://www.mustek.com.tw/Download/driv_scanr/europe/1200ubplus.html might work. But please do use caution as I don't know if it works for a fact (I don't have a mac).
