I dont see the drive in my computer - LaCie Hard Disk design by Neil Poulton 500GB USB eSATA FW 7200RPM 8MB 500 GB FireWire 400 (1394a) Hard Drive

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

right click on my computer and click manage..there u select disk management ...if there u can find the ext. harddisk then....right click that drive and click change drive letter ...

disk management ---- the you fix things up but dont forget to format after create a new partition

look on the back of your computer for a hi speed usb port, or just use any back usb port. some computers like mine dont have a "bus" to the mother board to the front usbs or because they are piggy backed to the front they dont pass through.

press F2 to go to the system setup, then press arrow down to highlight Standard CMOS feature, then press enter. Verify if the hard drive is detected, mostly it is installed in SATA 0 and you should see like a serial no of the Hard drive. If the hard drive is not detected, you might need to reseat the cables of the hard drive inside the computer. Make sure that all the cables at the back of computer is unplugged to be safe. After you reseat the hard drive cable, plug cables at the back of the computer then turn on computer and press F2, verify if the hard drive is detected, if still not, try to swap the connection of the hard drive and the dvd drive of the computer. Plug back the cables and turn on comp and press again F2, this time the the dvd drive should be on the SATA 0 and hard drive should be on the oter SATA port. If the hard drive is still not detected, you need to replace the hard drive, but if the hard drive is detected on the other SATA port and the dvd drive is not detected on SATA 0 then you need to replace the mother board.

Put the CD into your Computer's CD Drive.
Go to My Computer
Look for the CD Drive
Right Click on CD Drive icon
Click on Open.
Press Ctrl + A to "Select All"
Press Ctrl + C to "Copy"
Press BackSpace to go My Computer once again.
Double - Click on the desired hard drive icon to open the drive
Press Ctrl + V to paste the files you have copied.

And the game would be downloaded on your computer.

Try any other computer but not open drive only see if they can read it. Also change USB port, sometimes some ports dont accept devices. Also check for latest antivirus software last such case viruses dont let me read any of my USB drives. If driver works to oter PC then you have virus.

mostly, mp3 devices comes with a software.

if u have the software, and the usb dont recognize your mp3 device. most probably the problem is in you usb drive or usb connector.

you will have to re-install the software you used to Back-up the files, to restore them
