Kyocera strobe phone crashed

Hi, Kyocera is one of the worst companies you can buy. No offense Kyocera. The Crash dump usually happens on UT STARCOMSS and the crowd lovable k132 when you do more than two thigns at once. You have replace the phone or give it to kyocera for service.. They perform phone upgrade

may still have moisture in it. Place the device in a ziplock bag full of uncooked rice for a couple days. The rice will draw out any excess moisture making sure that is not the problem. The device likely has a water sensor in it as well that's triggered so if you do take it in for repair, they'll probably be able to see that it's been wet...

I have the same phone, but not the same problem. Send it back to Virgin Mobile for repair, and no its not fixable

sorry to tell you sweety but that is the end of your phone. I first purchased a Kyocera Strobe, I had only had it for a month when it did the very same thing. I took it back to the metro store and all they could do for me was reimburse me for half of the money i spent on downloads. They replaced the phone with a another one and by the grace of god I've have this one for a year. It is on its last limb cause I have to open it up to dial 7, 8, and 9. Sorry that it happened but you will not be able to retrieve your info. That's why now I have an address book (paper) and I send all of my pictures that I take to my email cause I will not deal with that problem ever again.

uptading firmware will solve trhis kind of probllems!

Had The same problem it cant be fixed you have to go were you bought it and get it replaced.
