first,please tell me,are there any beeps? or maybe you have already done this, but remember that many laptops require
that you remove the battery for about 30sec. as well as disconnect the
AC power to reset them. Always try to do this when everything seems
completely dead.

I've looked at a picture of this laptop and I don't see a push button to release a latch to open the notebook. It seem you should be able to flip it open.
What you have is a basic sound card with limited features and there's no way for you to adjust since its integrated to your laptop. i recommend you plug an good headphone or speakers to get a better and quality sound. thanks
