IF the connector is broken, see if you got warranty on it, or repair service at
https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do

Basicly, you would need to replace the connector if its broken, if you need to ask how, then its best that you take it to someone or apple for repair.

There is a reset button and it seems that the ipod has hung up due to some faulty files or error. You can connect the ipod to your PC and check/scan the files within for virus or malware. if so delect and reload with checked files to confirm.
if there is no display then the ipod has fault on the hardware.

My left headphone of my ipod is not working anymore what can i do to fix this ?

The headphone may be faulty and not the IPod. Connect a different headphone to the IPod to check if the left headphone is still faulty. If the left headphone is still faulty then the IPod headphone is probably faulty and needs to be repaired.

My ipod won't let me watch movies or open my applications

Try to restore your iPod with connecting it to your pc or mac and open iTunes. When you are in iTunes you could try to restore the iPod in the menu of iTunes where it sees your connected iPod.
You've to be sure to backup all the important data to your pc or mac.

With kind regards,

My ipod apple 2G cannot detect to PC,

Computers dont detect ipods as storage devices. make sure you have itunes installed and then sync your ipod to itunes. and move all the mp3 music to itunes by going to File - Add Files. and then you can put that music on your ipod nano

I would suggest you take it in to the apple store for repair already. Most often this type of problem is hardware related already.

Ipod not detecting on my pc

The first simple fix is to check that the connector socket on the ipod is free from lint etc. Use a quick puff of air. If it's accepting charge but not connecting to the pc it is one of two things.
  • Worst case scenario, the Logic board is dead and needs replacement. Not as expensive as it sounds. Call me
  • Hopefully though it's just a software thing. Install the very latest version of iTunes from the Apple site. Although they are identical models they might not have the same software version on the iPod themselves. Once iTunes is updated try syncing the faulty iPod. If it still doesn't connect it's probably the board.
All the best.
