I have made so many attempt but my printer still can not print any recipt, pls help to solve this problem it is urgent.

Before connecting your unit , install first the driver/software by launching the install disc . After installation has completed , connect printer with usb and power cables . Windows will recognize a new hard ware and a message will pop on your screen telling installation was successfull . Now , you can use your device .
